Sverdrup (re)imagined

Wed Oct 17, 2018
Since Sverdrup Complex's opening in 1968, technology and communication has changed drastically. "Sverdrup (re)imagined" highlights the state of the art architectural and technological renovations that will improve student outcomes and move the School of Communications into and beyond the 21st century. The Sverdrup redesign facilitates a busy, central node in a far-flung network of communication, activity, and innovation. It provides a state-of-the-art building not only in equipment, but in architectural and interior design as well. Similar to contemporary communication agencies, production houses, and news media facilities, the new Sverdrup will feature open, flexible-use, collaborative workspaces, designed to support multimedia work, cross-disciplinary work, and collaboration.
