Solar Eclipse 2017: Safety Tips

webster.edu/eclipse | On August 21, 2017, skywatchers and enthusiasts in continental US will have the opportunity to witness a total solar eclipse.Along the path of totality (total darkness) from Oregon to South Carolina, St Louis (and Webster Groves area) is one of the few locations that can experience the total eclipse.http://www.webster.edu/eclipse/eye_protection.html | A short presentation regarding protecting your eyes during the ellipse and safe viewing methods will be given to the participants during the welcome ceremony at EAB.Participants will be educated again before the totality, at roof top location. Leaflets containing safety information will be available at the EAB and roof top.
